Offshore Arabia Magazine appoints new Managing Editor

Reflex Publishing has appointed Chris Mullinger as Managing Editor of Offshore Arabia Magazine. Mullinger is a seasoned journalist with wide experience in UK, USA, mainland Europe and the Middle East as news, features, defence, industry, diplomatic, and business editor.
Mullinger’s senior editorial appointments have been as Business Editor, Gulf News; Political Editor, the Sunday Mail; and as a correspondent and desk editor across several disciplines for The Scotsman.
Chris has also been responsible for the introduction to the Middle East of several large-scale conferences including The International Islamic Finance Forum; The Identity Summit and Middle East Biometrics Forum.
