Fender & Spill Response Services (FSRS) joined Recso last month as an associate member, boosting the number of Recso member companies to 16.
FSRS provides a range of booms and skimmers in addition to operational and technical know-how and maintains a Tier 2 capability and is in compliance with US Coast Guard requirements for an oil spill response organisation.
“We provide a professional solution for oil spill emergency response, design and installation of oil barrier systems as well as risk assessment for environmentally sensitive areas, commercial facilities and the leisure industry,” the company said.
FSRS has contributed materials and manpower to a number of incidents in the region and is recognised by both government and the private sector.
“In the field of oil spill response, we can provide a service unequalled in expertise, efficiency and available manpower in the region,” the company added.
